Purpose; Verification of the state of his anomaly.

Subject status;

• Soul Sync Rate has reached 95%, this is legally considered synced enough to qualify for human rights. We are working to suppress this paperwork from being filed but it may be required before the authorities locate the streams.
• We have realized that he is able to speak with and command the spirits of the dead, while this could prove problematic given how spirits interact with electrical devices, it is a minor threat.
• We have no actual idea what his anomaly is, it either hasn't fully manifested or the effect is indescribable.

Conclusion;

It appears he has finally become a real boy, this will require additional resources to contain, but we are confident he can easily be molded by the audience.
