Experiment; RC-3 α.

Purpose; Regarding Billy's recent developmental abnormalities.

The Abnormalities In Question;

• His growth has apparently become unhooked from RC-2's miracle progress.
• Despite presenting no anomalous abilities prior, RC-3 has developed the ability to create and manipulate fire, as well as what is currently believed to be a form of telekinesis.
• RC-3 has developed a penchant for using his telekinetic abilities to mimic the way RC-2 will infest small dolls with meat to give them life, making his stuffed animals galavant about with him.
• RC-3 seems to still be in the process of developing, and there are periods of intense lethargy on Sundays where he falls ill and requires assistance.
• RC-3 has taken to, instead of headbutting workers who displease him, providing his favourite stewards with drawings, small sweets of unknown origin, and small bundles of hand-picked flowers from around the castle's grounds.

It is currently theorized that RC-3's developmental abnormalities stem from RC-2's 6th and 7th miracles, Devil Absorb and Shadow Erasure. Since RC-3 was created as an anti-saint, his development was initially held back by RC-2's Shadow, as it would only grow more powerful whenever he would perform a miracle and that would provide a reasonable scaling model for RC-3's power. It is theorized that the periods of sickness during Sundays are growing pains, and that he will eventually develop more anomalous abilities as time goes on now that his growth is unchecked. A recommended course of action is to do the best you can to maintain proper control over him is to make sure you do not make the same parenting mistakes you have with RC-2, you're not going into this one as a single parent, after all.
